Meet Our Team!

Hylan Elias
Founder & Managing Director

Hylan grew up in a health-focused household that shaped his lifelong appreciation for wellness and patient care. His father, an integrative physician of more than 45 years, and his mother, a dedicated yoga therapist, instilled in him the importance of compassionate, holistic healing. After witnessing his mother’s challenging recovery from an accident, Hylan was inspired to help others on their own healing journeys.

Before entering the healthcare field, Hylan, a University of Miami graduate, built a successful career in financial services, including at Bridgewater Associates, one of the world’s largest hedge funds, where he developed strong skills in process improvement and operational excellence. Today, he blends that analytical experience with his deep-rooted passion for health and wellness, bringing a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to Continuum Injury & Wellness Center.
