For Attorneys

From the Founder's Desk

I came to healthcare from a very different world. I spent the first four years of my career as a paralegal at Greenberg Traurig in Miami and then a decade in hedge fund operations, regulatory compliance, and data governance at global financial institutions including Bridgewater Associates, OppenheimerFunds, and BNY Mellon. That may sound like an unusual background for a rehabilitation clinic owner, but it's the reason Continuum is the only AAAHC accredited personal injury-focused medical center in the State of Florida.

Across my career, one lesson held up everywhere: systems matter most when the margin for error is zero. In a regulated environment, the gap between a clean process and a sloppy one carries real consequences.

Running complex regulatory data remediation projects taught me what airtight compliance looks like. Derivatives trading operations taught me what documentation that holds up looks like. And building an end-to-end counterparty liquidity workflow at the largest hedge fund in the world taught me how to design systems where nothing falls through the cracks. That same obsession with operational excellence is engineered into every part of Continuum—and it's what sets us apart.

What That Means for You

When you refer a client to Continuum, you're not taking on a new administrative burden. You're offloading one. You'll have a single point of contact who speaks your language, understands the regulatory and legal landscape, and knows exactly what your case requires from us. No chasing coordinators. No untangling inconsistent records. Through our EHR system, you get direct access to your client's file—log in and pull what you need, when you need it. No requests, no delays, no surprises before a deadline.

A Clinical Team Built to the Same Standard

On the clinical side, we've assembled a team that matches that rigor. Our double board-certified Medical Director, Dr. Tad DeWald (PM&R and Sports Medicine), leads interventional pain management and regenerative medicine. Comprehensive assessments are performed in-house, protecting your clients' PIP eligibility from day one. Under one roof, we provide advanced imaging, chiropractic care (led by Dr. Kristal Perez), physical therapy, podiatric medicine (led by Dr. Robert Kornfeld), interventional therapies including radiofrequency ablation (led by Dr. Tad DeWald and Dr. Amir Mahajer), and non-surgical orthopedics. Everything your client needs, documented cohesively—because fragmented care means fragmented records, and fragmented records are what opposing counsel is counting on.

The Bridge Between Care and Case

Think of Continuum as the bridge between the clinical world and yours—between what happened to your client and what you can prove. Beyond running a clinic that delivers top-tier patient care, our role is to make that bridge solid: so when you reach the other side, your case is stronger, your documentation is cleaner, and your clients—our patients—get what they deserve for the injuries they've suffered.

And just as importantly, we want Continuum to feel like a refuge—warm, calm, and genuinely welcoming, even on a hard day. Healing isn't only physical. It begins the moment someone feels truly cared for.

If you've been looking for a clinic you can trust with both your client's case and their care, that's exactly what Continuum is built to be.
